25 Reasons Why You Can’t Have It All

by admin April 8, 2017
have it all

These are not so much reasons as excuses that you are telling yourself. What you are telling yourself is holding you back! You are in control of your life. You can have it all, depending on how you define ‘having it all’. If you want a great marriage, a beautiful home, money for what you need, and respect in your career, then you can have that!

Here are the reasons (excuses) that you are telling yourself, that are holding you back:

  • Just when you get ahead, something bad will happen!
  • Nobody has handed it to me yet!
  • I’m not smart enough
  • I’m too old
  • I’m too young
  • I’m too fat
  • My butt is too big
  • I don’t know how to …
  • I’m bad with money
  • I can only earn money in a job
  • I can’t go back to school
  • I don’t have the money
  • I can’t learn a new skill
  • I can’t make money from what I enjoy doing
  • I’m not worth new things
  • Money is hard to make
  • I do not deserve authority or respect
  • I have a bad memory
  • People won’t pay for my services
  • I will always be small-time
  • I’m not a leader
  • I can never get aheadhave it all
  • I don’t have the time
  • No one would ever love me
  • I’m a woman

Can you see how absolutely silly some of these excuses are, and how they can be flipped around to be quite empowering? If you are telling yourself these things, consciously or subconsciously, then it is within your control to change that self-talk and give yourself the reasons why you can have it all!
