In this video, I talk briefly about how my habit of staying consistent, of sticking to my planner, and doing something small every day, is serving me quite well. I’ve made lots of progress since the start of 2016.
Consistency also helped me in the running series that I did this winter. I wanted to be in the top 10 females in my age group. I ended up third! That’s because I consistently came to each race, and performed in the top 20 women. There were only two women who were regularly above me in each race. Otherwise, my consistency got me the points to get into a good position.
Just like in sport, consistency in life will get you a long way.
