I have to fit a lot into my day, and if I’m not systematic about it (plenty of to-do lists), then things will get missed. Some of the basics have been being missed lately, because they don’t make it onto the to-do lists. They are the things that need to be done daily (exercise, mindset training, writing, and marketing).
